1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are used to remember preferences, keep you logged in, and so on.

Performance (consent needed)
When we turn them on, we will use web analytics (most likely Plausible or Umami, both GDPR-friendly by design and without individual tracking cookies). As of today there is no analytics running.
Third party
When you sign up for a paid plan, Stripe may use its own cookies on its payment page (outside imane.app). More in Stripe's Privacy Policy.
3. How to manage cookies
The first time you come to imane.app you will see a banner to accept or reject the non-essential cookies. You can change your mind at any time from your browser.
If you disable the strictly necessary cookies in your browser, some things (such as staying logged in) may stop working.
4. The widget's local storage
The Imane widget embedded on customers' websites uses localStorage (not cookies) to keep a sessionId, so a visitor can carry on the conversation if they refresh the page. That is strictly technical and is not used for tracking across sites.
