Why we built Imane
Working with small businesses we kept finding the same pattern: a phone that rings at lunchtime, an email left unanswered in August, a WhatsApp that arrives at eleven at night. Every conversation missed is a customer who goes to the competition.
What was already out there was either too expensive (corporate chatbots from €1,000 a month), or too dumb (decision trees that never understand the customer), or too complicated (modules that need a technician).
Imane was built to fix that: a virtual assistant with real AI, set up in 5 minutes, at a small-business price.
