Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the Bot plans and the Restaurant plans?+
The Bot plans (Starter/Basis/Pro) are the AI assistant that answers on your website, Telegram and WhatsApp. The Restaurant plans are the order-from-the-table system (QR menu + kitchen screen). They are separate products: take the one you need, or both.
What happens if I go over my conversation limit?+
Up to 100% of the limit, nothing changes. Between 100% and 200% the bot keeps answering and we email you. Past 200% we pause the bot as an anti-spam safeguard — change plan and it comes back instantly.
How does the free trial work?+
7 days with everything in the Starter plan, no card. When it ends, you decide whether to subscribe. If you cancel, nothing is charged. (The free trial is for the AI assistant; Imane Restaurants is taken directly, at €99 a month per venue with no lock-in.)
Can I change plan?+
Any time, from your dashboard. The change is prorated: move up and you pay the difference, move down and the unused part is credited.
How is it invoiced?+
Monthly, through Stripe. Invoices are issued by Malaga Consulting with full tax details, you download them from your account, and they comply with Spanish regulations (including VeriFactu where it applies).
What is the Custom plan?+
For specific needs: high volume, bespoke integrations, white label. Write to info@malaga-consulting.com and we will talk it through.
Do I need a new phone number for WhatsApp?+
This is a WhatsApp rule, not ours: a number can only live in one place at a time. The number you connect stops working in the WhatsApp app on your phone, and conversations are read and answered from Imane instead. You can use a new number (your usual one stays untouched) or move your usual one (the bot then answers where your customers already write). We do the setup with you.
